– Activity Record of "NDRF" National Disaster Response Force from India to Japan in March 11th disaster –
NDRF2012
On the 11th of March in 2012, our figure of the Japanese Interpreter Team of NDRF was in New Delhi of India. On the day of past one year, The Japanese government decided to hold reception for expressing the determination from the unprecedented great earthquake disaster to the revival and the condolence to victims, and it was held on that day and at the Embassy of Japan where was each country concerned.
And it was also to express our gratitude to each for dispatching the International Disaster Relief Team like as NDRF and delivering relief supplies as well when it was the most severe and difficult time and day in Japan.
And then, it was permitted for the Japanese Interpreter Team to attend at the reception as a member of NDRF, and we could meet the commander, Cp. Alok Avathty, and also we could see the other teammate again on the following day.

One of interpreter, Mr. Takafumi Kinoshita, and Commander of NDRF clapped hands each other.In the Commander Room, Mr. Noaki Ichihara is in the middle person in this picture, and the next to the right, Mr Taichi Watanabe, Mr. Takafumi Kinoshita and I. Just taking a chat during the waiting for our reunion.Talking about equipments and tools of NDRF, we had a lecture from the Commander. The room shows us how to protect ourselves from the natural disaster and the tool and gear for the life saving displayed with panel and realia.It was a long-awaited moment! We achieved a reunion.
