In 2021, it’s the 10th memorial years of GEJE and Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station Accident since 2011. And, I got a contact from Prof. Rajib Shaw who was representative of India-Japan Laboratory, SFC Keio University. In the next year, it’s a very significant year for the 70th Anniversary year of the India – Japan diplomatic relation. The contact meant a kind of invitation of joining in the KIZUNA project, which was consisted of a decade record from GEJE, Indian NDRF Resucue Team and Onagawa Town, was organized by India-Japan Laboratory, Keio Univ. SFC. Of course, I said “YES”. The project began soon. The project of “KIZUNA” aims to reconstruct between India and Onagawa relationship. We had a meeting in Onagawa on the 31st of August, 2021 first itme. I joined and see them, Prof. Rajib Shaw and Ms. Miwako Kitamura, first time as well. We visited to Onagawa Town Hall for the meeting and some new places of Onagawa for wacthing past 10 years since then. I could know what the KIZUNA Project was and who members are well via the Webcam sessions twice in Nov. and Dec.These sessions regards preparetion for the field works in Onagawa from the net year. The Report of Onagawa which was consisted of Onagawa 20’s inteviews was completed in the end of Nov. It’s issued in the end of Nov., 2021. Please feel free to access the URL and open the report.
